رقم الوظيفة: 19001600 جهة العمل: دائرة السياحة والتسويق التجاري فئة الوظيفة: السفر والسياحة تاريخ الإعلان: 10-07-2019 الوصف الوظيفي Strategic marketing planning: Support in collection and collation of internal/external research, tourism performance statistics to facilitate the understanding of demands/opportunities for core markets analysis; Assist in the development of a Strategic Marketing Briefs as the fundamental process for the Marketing plan. Partner with Market insight and understand interpreting secondary research and assist in developing market segmentation to cover demographic, behavioral and market profiles (including share, growth and spend propensity) for each market/segment. Support in developing Marketing Objectives and Strategies for all applicable source markets/segments. Support line manager in data collation, understand and contribute to SWOT analysis including comprehensive data for completing SWOT analysis including competition, key success factors, economic and technology consideration, supply-side analytics Assist in the evaluation and identification of strategic issues and opportunities Assist in defining the marketing objectives for each segment to drive awareness, consideration, conversion for growth in visitation, visit days and spend Assist in identifying the key marketing and communication strategies to achieve the marketing objectives Assist in consolidating and developing a comprehensive Tactical campaigns plan, together with key marketing functional heads to ensure alignment of tactical programs to support the marketing goals and objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop strategic imperatives, marketing objectives, and KPI to measure performance. Establish and maintain effective working relationship with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the right amount of engagement. Support line manager in developing annual marketing planning - organizing meetings, preparing meeting materials, developing presentations and manage project timeline to support the annual/quarterly marketing planning processes. Management Reporting and Governance: Collate data to develop the monthly/quarterly report to systematically track and report KPI for all marketing campaigns Work with Market Insights and Tourism Statistics and Reporting to obtain accurate inputs for evaluating marketing campaign performance and return on investment. Implements and administers use of approved process and procedures for maintaining efficient marketing operations. Highlights and recommends changes as appropriate. Formulating alternatives based on the insights/performance indicators.
